Greetings Sunday School Families,
I cannot believe that today is our last day of Sunday School! The year has certainly flown by and I didn't expect to be ending our Sunday School year like this. But here we are!
Just a reminder:
We are going to celebrate our Sunday School year by having a Sunday School Drive-By Car Parade!
It will be Sunday, June 7th starting at 12:30pm in the lower parking lot. *Come wave to some of your teachers and receive your end of the year Sunday School gift. We love you all and miss you dearly. It would be great to see your faces! **We will be there until 1:30pm. Spread the word and we hope to see you then!
Rain date: June 14th!
This week, we are going to talk about "The Conversion of Saul into Paul." This story can be found in Acts 9:1-31. Here are the different links to teach your children the story.

Greetings Sunday School Families,
I hope you are enjoying your weekend.
*Just two quick things......first off, look for an email coming out at the end of the week with two special end of the year surprises for our Sunday School children! Second, many of you have told me how much you enjoy seeing Luke in the song videos. Therefore, I thought I would make a special song video for you this week which has some of Luke's milestones he has hit at 4 months old. Enjoy!
This week, we are going to talk about "God Sending the Holy Spirit," also known as Pentecost. This story can be found in Acts 2:1–21. Here are the different links to teach your children the story.

I hope you are all doing well and staying safe and healthy at home. I miss you so much and look forward to the day we can all be together! **Feel free to submit your Disney sing along video. The song is "You've Got a Friend in Me." I have extended the deadline until Wednesday, April 29th. Use this karaoke version. It will be fun to see the finished product together.

This week, we are going to talk about the "The Passion of Christ." This took place on Good Friday. We know that on this day Jesus died on a cross to forgive our sins and promise us eternal life. We call it "Good Friday" because it's good for us but bad for him. He had to deal with all the pain and suffering on our behalf. This story can be found in Matthew 27:11–66. Here are the different links to teach your children the story.

Sunday or Monday, please make pancakes for Palm Sunday with your family and
then email or text me a picture of them! We wish we could have had our
annual Palm Sunday Pancake breakfast this year but sharing pictures of your
pancakes brings us a little closer together.
*Please also make sure you are practicing the Lord's Prayer with your child each week. A good way to learn it is washing your hands the amount of time it takes to say the Lord's Prayer! Be well and God bless!

Greeting Sunday School Families,
Welcome to week #2 of our virtual Sunday School class. I hope you all are staying safe and healthy at home. I miss you!
Just in case you missed it last week...... creativity is key during these unsettling times but providing routine and structure for your child is important. Therefore, we are doing Sunday School online! Our regular Sunday School program functions by children rotating between stations. Therefore, look below to see a link to each station. This week, our lovable Deacon Tom joins us by giving a children's message. See below:
This week, we are learning about "Jesus and Zacchaeus." This story can be found in Luke 19:1-10.

Greeting Sunday School Families,
I hope you all are staying safe and healthy at home. I miss you!
Unfortunately, we are unable to meet during these times of the Corona virus for Sunday School. I feel like I just got back from maternity leave and now this happened. Regardless, I thought I would bring you a virtual Sunday School Class to do at home with your child/children whenever you choose. Even though you don't have the ability to interact with our amazing teachers who work so hard every week to teach you the lesson, we can still sing a song together, watch a Bible video about Lazarus, make a cool craft at home and even create a tasty Lazarus snack with your parents. Creativity is key during these unsettling times but providing routine and structure for your child is important as well. Our regular Sunday School program functions by children rotating between stations. Therefore, look below to see a link to each station.
This week, we are learning about "Jesus Raising Lazarus from the Dead." This story can be found in John 11:1-45.

**PLEASE NOTE: One of the craft ideas is a game. It requires seeing who can make the best Lazarus by wrapping up one of the children in toilet paper. SAVE YOUR TOLIET PAPER! Skip the game! Lol. Probably not the best game to play during this time.

*Last week, we missed Sunday School but the lesson was on how Jesus taught his disciples to pray the Lord's Prayer. Feel free to show this video to your child and then say the Lord's prayer together.
