Easter flowers not only make our church look lovely, but they are also a lovely gift to take to grandparents, parents or friends on this very special day.  If you wish to place a Hydrangea, Lily, Azalea, or Hyacinth, ($20 each) on the altar for Easter Sunday, please download and print the attached form, fill it out and bring it to church with your check or cash or mail it in, 20 Candlewood Path, Dix Hills, NY 11746.
